On-site support for EPoS systems
At ZenithEPoS, we offer on-site EPoS support for businesses in Bristol and surrounding areas. Formed in 2007, we have built a reputation for providing quality services at affordable prices.

We are an independent reseller of EPoS systems. We work with the leading EPoS manufacturers in the United Kingdom. This gives you, our customer, a wide choice of products.
Our support packages are tailor-made specifically to our customers' needs. Even our most basic support package gives you helpdesk support until 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.
12-month support contract
When you purchase new equipment from ZenithEPoS Ltd, you will benefit from a 12 month support contract free of charge, whether you buy 1 terminal or 100 terminals. In the event of a fault with your machine, we will not ask you to put it in a box and send it back to us. We provide our customers with on-site support and if we cannot repair the problem there and then, we will replace the faulty unit.

First, we offer an initial, free consultation. We will spend time with you to learn about your business and give you the right pos software and hardware solution to achieve your objectives. This is entirely without cost or obligation and we will offer you the best advice available.
Then, having decided you want to act on our recommendations, we will take you through every step of the process. We want to make sure that your pos system does everything you need it to and that you know how to exploit it fully to make it work for you. These days, we are no longer talking about a simple cash register so you will get a full briefing, set-up and training: we will be with you every step of the way.
We will also be around for any teething problems you may have: with the pos system itself, with the programming, or with user problems. We will follow up a few weeks after the install and regularly thereafter: to make sure everything is ok; to get feedback; to see if we can make any improvements as you have got used to your system.
